5 stars for repair. Subtract 2 stars for not being there during hours if operation (I had to leave the phone with the western union lady who shared the office - she deserved 5 stars for helping out and calling the rep). Groupon voucher wasn’t enough - had to pay extra $15 to do exactly what’s on the voucher. You will also pay an extra $3.20 for using credit card. After up charge - disappointing!
