Called or appointment and could not get in for six days. They open at 8:00. My appointment was for 9:20, with service tech saying there was only one other oil change scheduled for 8:00 am. My car was not ready until after 12:15. They gave me a free oil change next time which will be the last time I return. The Groupon was treated as a second class citizen.
