From the time i made the appointment, they questioned me if i was going to show. They called me twice to see if i planned i making my appointment. I called the day before my appointment to confirm the time , again they questioned me if I was going to show. Everytime I said yes i will be there. Honestly I don’t know how this place is still running! First of all I wasn’t put in the schedule when I called and made an appointment! I had to wait 20 mins for the tech to come in. The rooms were unsanitary And honestly the tech was too! She wasn’t wearing gloves and had her hands all over my face which smelt like cigarettes! I literally felt like I left the place smelling like a cigarette! I’m pretty sure they use the same sponges and everything on all their customers she had a bowl in the sink filled with water and had those sponges soaked in it. She then started scrubbing my face with a qtip! Which hurt and made my skin extra sensitive! And then proceeded to put some sort of oil on which made my face burn! Usually when ur going to get a facial you go to relax I had the worst anxiety in that room. On top of everything I was told to try and cancel my Groupon and by sessions directly from them! She said she would treat me better if I woulda bought the sessions directly from them! I don’t understand why you would have deals on Groupon if we won’t be treated the same! Worst place ever for facials and that would definitely be my first and last time going their! What a waste of $255!
