Inner Strength is a fabulous studio that I highly recommend. I started my practice here with a Groupon and 6 months later, I’m still going strong. The studio is immaculate, spacious and beautiful and every single instructor I’ve had is top notch! I have definitely seen great results both physically and mentally - I feel better than I have in years at age 43!

Being that I was a new student I feel like It could’ve been a great experience except I didn’t feel comfortable in what I was doing and I wasn’t greeted by the instructor. However, I did meet a woman in the same class who’s been there for 7 years she suggested not to let one bad experience discourage me from coming. Maybe next time will be better.
