Pick a different place. Rude, unfriendly and there are plenty of other places like Paints and Cocktails that make you feel welcome and do a great job

Hello I tried several times to make an appt for myself and a friend for her bday. I went on the website and couldn't find the class I paid for. To make a long story short...called and left a message three times for help ,no return phone call. I called again a few times and the young lady who answered the phone couldn't have care less each time, and wouldn't give me any info other than to tell me to go online to book our art activity. She said they were booked until the end of the month,(website stAtes walki-ins are welcomed!), and to look at the calendar for the next month which was a week later in Febuary. I did that and the class was only given three times in FebuaryI can't afford this. I feel that mentioning Groupon changed her attitude. I would like a refund so I can use the money for another Groupon deal. If not feasible, NO more purchases on Groupon for me ,NOT worth the aggravation Sincerely, Ilene Moskowitz. [email protected]
