some of the food was really nice and some was average. The humus and other side dishes were great. The meat on the other hand came out a bit tough and wasn't very pleasant. I had what was supposed to be pieces of filet or some other tender cut of beef, but it didn't seem like THAT. It seemed liked a very tough piece of the cow. Also, the image on the groupon shows something like a buffet setting but this is a sit down restaurant. Maybe it's buffet at lunch?

Layalina's is AMAZING!!!!! This Groupon brought me in, but the people and the food is what is going to make me go back again and again and again! We dined on the Kibba appatizer, Lentil Soup, Gyro Platter, Chicken Shawarma Platter, & the Chicken Shishtawook Platter and brought leftover's home. Everything was homemade when ordered and was probably the best food I have had in Denton hands down. Thank you Layalina's for a wonderful meal!!

Food was good portion decent sized waitress friendly and helpful.it was not busy but food seem slow to come out. My friend was served first his entree then 4-5minutes later his side my food took longer to come out after he received his would have been nice to have both of served at the same time so his food didn't get cold waiting 4 me. Told him to start working me
