Great work as always

I called to let the place know I would be 10 minutes late and was told that was okay, then I got lost and said I'd be 20 minutes late and they said it was okay. I understand I was almost 30 minutes late, and I would have rescheduled. At first, the rep was nice, and she took her time in chatting with me about her very strong opinions that were also offensive but suddenly she had no time to explain to me what look she was proposing. She blasted her podcasts so I could not hear what was on my headphones and I gave in to that. At the end she said "I made them as thick as I could in the time we had" and I said, "Oh, if it's not a full job I would have rescheduled" she said "Forget it. I thought you had lashes before?" rudely which made no sense to her manners. "You would have to pay me for my time." Then after being snippy and rude and not offering any aftercare and telling me she had a hard stop for a CLIENT at 2:45pm when I was told the appointment was 2 full hours (she ended 15 minutes early even with me 30 minutes late) I saw her take her break at 2:45pm so that was what was bothering her. When I checked out she had the nerve to loudly say "Would you like to do a gratuity by credit card?" I said no. She repeated, "No?" Please don't take out your issues on clients, was so unpleasant. And, had she given me the TIME to discuss what she proposed versus saying "I will just do whatever you say" I see now that she should have done what she proposed but she refused to show an example to me or explain exactly why because she was so SHORT TEMPERED. No one wants to spend 2 hours with a hostile, short tempered person with your eyes shut. Also, don't do Groupons if you think people will pay you $200 (as she told me was my fee) for hostility.

The salon was a really enjoyable experience. Emily was super friendly and hyped me up when she started doing my lashes saying they were long and beautiful already. It made me feel really special. She played a podcast and I jokingly asked if anyone ever fell asleep during the process. And guess who did in fact take a nap. Lol. My lashes look so good lifted and I will happily go back!
