Unfortunately did not have a good experience. Gave me color that was exactly the opposite of what I asked for. When asked if he could fix it, I was told my hair was “too dry” to absorb the color and offered no help at all. Also an earring was ripped out here and when I reached out to see if he had it I got no response... bummer to spend money and have an experience like this.

Not a great experience for me either trying to help hair that has be so badly abused breaking off and very dry!! As for the earring if someone ripped

Loved Tim! He took his time and made sure he met my needs. My hair looks great! Will definitely be going back when i need a bayalage touch up.

Tim was 15 minutes late, not very personable, sprung a $50 extra charge for hair beneth the shoulders, and the only "styling" options are blow dried for air dried. He was sick at the time of doing my hair so maybe this is why it was so bad. We had rescheduled to be a week later as he told me he was sick but said he would be alright when I did come in the second time.
