Got a really great deal on a 50 min massage and 80 min facial. The massage and facial were just meh. The facial also only lasted 55 minutes which seemed really short for the advertised time. I wouldn’t go again, but am not mad about the service at such a discounted price.

There was an error with my appointment and I was seen over 45 minutes late. The office was also a little hard to find and no suite info or directions were given prior to the appointment. The massage itself was good but not as therapeutic as other massages I had before by different therapists.

Alexa has too much going on. She tried, but failed to provide a good service. The day before my appointment, she asked to move the appointment time, and then asked to change it back to the original time before the end of the day. 12 minutes before my appointment (I had already arrived and was waiting in my car) she texted me to say she was stuck in traffic and would be 15 minutes late. Once she got there, she said she would give me a hot stone massage upgrade, to make up for the trouble. The massage, unfortunately, just wasn’t good. It felt really awkward. She didn’t touch my thighs or glutes. She very much lacked technique. It seemed as though she didn’t really know how to massage. When I got back to my car, after the session, I realized that she had cut 30 minutes off the time I was supposed to have been given. It was supposed to be an 80 minute facial and 50 minute massage (2 hours and 10 minutes). But I was only in her facility for 1 hour and 40 minutes. My boyfriend gifted this to me, and he felt very embarrassed when he heard how my experience went. I unfortunately do not recommend this service to anyone.
