Scheduling was difficult from the beginning. When I arrived for my 3:00 appointment I wasn’t taken back until 3:20. During the facial she didn’t explain anything and left the room several times (for more than 5mins) with product on my face. The massage ignored key areas and felt rushed. Which makes sense, because the service ended 20 minutes early. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Horrible is all I can say! DON’T DO IT!! I gave a gift to my brother and his wife, Alexa. She gave a terrible massage. She rescheduled it four to five times. Finally, I got his 50-minute massage not the facial promised. It was a joke! When I tried to get my money back for the horrible service, I had to jump through hoops and loops. At the end, they offered me $7.65 for Groupon bucks? Then nothing.

Friendly and easy to work with. Very nice massage.
