Brittney did my lashes and gave me the best experience I’ve had having lashes put on! She was knowledgeable about how she should apply the lashes due to my Asian eye shape, in a way that they wouldn’t bother me. This hasn’t happened for me the other times I’ve gotten my lashes done and usually I’m always left with some lashes poking me or just not fitting my eye correctly. In addition, the process of taping the eye lids has always been uncomfortable but however Brittney did it, I truly couldn’t feel anything for the entire time.
She also gave a little eyelash cleaning kit before I left which just added to how lovely everything was! I will never go to another person for lashes again!

Upon completion they looked great but felt weird. Unfortunately the extensions were adhered to my eyelids in places and quite painful. I contacted Brittney via texts and phone messages with no response. Had to have extensions removed. I am all about giving people benefit of the doubt but no response prompted me to post review so that others do not have to go through what I did.

Hello Jennifer, Im sorry to hear your lashes were bothering you. But i can assure you I have been lashing for almost 4yrs and am 2x certified in volume eyelash extentions. I was under the attention you liked your lashes and they felt great after completion of the service. Also please make sure you gave the correct phone bumber on file for me 720.556.7175 because i have not received any calls or text messages from you in regards to problem.

I also have pictures of your lashes that you did see where we both agreed you loved and I loved your lashes since i have posted those pictures via Instagram. I do make sure with all my clients before they leave that they feel okay hence the reason i have my clients hold the fan and i come around to look at you from the front to make sure i as well dont see anything that can be potentially irritable to the eyes. which is why we have you rebooked and were under the impression they were great. As far as communication I am a flight attendant so I have been traveling for work since I have seen you but again i have not received any text or phone calls from you which i do check my phone regularly.
