One of the main goals of Sushi Ronin is creating an engaging community experience. Their Executive Chef, having over ten-year expertise in traditional Japanese cuisine, prepares Omakase in an innovative and modern way, spicing it up with flavors from around the world.

"Omakase Shimasu" can be translated to “I Trust You”, referring to the Chef, who chooses the courses which will be present in the menu basing on what ingredients are fresh and available on a specific day, as well as taking into consideration the culinary preferences and choices of the guests. The dishes can be also immediately adjusted depending on the reactions and feedback of the eaters.

In this way, Sushi Ronin would like to create and sustain a close bond with the whole community of the Colorado State and give a great example of culinary education.
