They have several locations, many classes available, and lots of times. The facilities are nice and the instructors are welcoming. I've mostly gone to Power 1 and it seems weird to me that every class follows the exact same sequence with occasionally a minor variation. Every other studio and instructor I've had mixes it up a little more. Also, it is a heated studio and I really don't like that. The classes are always pretty full so it must not bother most people.

I appreciate the different locations and variety of classes. People poo-poo the large classes but I think most of the time the instructors are engaged and helpful even with a full room.

New to yoga, I came in with an open mind, only to be met by the most positive and kind people. It's a really upbeat atmosphere where you're encouraged to work at your own pace and achieve things for yourself. I'm a big fan, would recommend it to anyone and will definitely continue going!
