About Full Lotus Yoga

Full Lotus Yoga Studio opened its first location in Grosse Pointe Woods in the summer of 2013. We began as a little one-room studio without any frills or elbow space; just an open room with daily yoga lessons and committed teachers.

By 2015 our little studio had outgrown our humble space and so we expanded into a full yoga & wellness center. We are pleased to now offer a full range of yoga classes, community events, teacher training, and healing services.

This is one of the best yoga studios that I have tried --- and I tried quite a few. The Detroit studio is such a welcoming, peaceful space with ample sunlight. They have many different styles and approaches going on; there is a class for everybody.
