I had a very disappointing experience at Aquatica. From the moment we arrived, everything felt poorly organized especially the parking situation and the process of getting into the park. It was chaotic and frustrating. Once inside, the park itself was not clean. Many areas felt dirty and honestly unsanitary, which is not what you expect from a place meant for families and kids. The worst part was the food service. You stand in line to order, then wait again to pick up your food from a counter where items are left out. While waiting, we saw multiple people touching food that they hadn’t even paid for. By the time we finally paid and got to the pickup area, much of the food we ordered was already gone. It felt completely disorganized and unhygienic. Overall, the experience was far from family-friendly. I would not return and would not recommend this park to others looking for a clean, well-run place to bring their kids.
