The staff was pleasant , but the service was terrible . I Booked my massage at 11 and my facial at 12 - The day before I received a confirmation call , and my services were switched after going back and forth , the receptionist was able to make a few changes , and gave me the time slot that I initially scheduled . After my massage I got off of the table DRENCHED IN OIL I specified the areas I wanted the therapist to focus on , and she did whatever it was she wanted and completely ignored my wishes. I was so dissatisfied with everything entirely. . My Facial was suppose to be 50 min (It was more like 10min of exfoliating and cleanse , ) the esthetician left me in the room with a mask on my face for 30min , and when she came back it was just to clean my face. I got up with micro scrub still on my lashes, very uncomfortable . personally wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. WASTE OF TIME & MONEY !
