TJ's Pizza of Dover, Dover

The groupon was a good deal, however the food is not very good. The pizza tastes like cardboard, no flavor. We tried a few items from the menu besides the pizza and none of it was very good.

The service and the food was horrible. I won't go ther again if you gave me the groupon.

I will never be ordering from TJ's again! I placed an order on the phone for pick-up. They told me that my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up at TJ's 20 minutes later, and they told me it would be a few more minutes because they were waiting on one item to be done. FINALLY 45 minutes later, my order was ready! It's not like they were even busy that night...there was one person eating there and not a single soul came to the drive thru....I don't even think the phone rang once the whole hour I waited! They apologized for the delay and blamed it on a computer issue. As a consolation prize they gave me 4 stale pieces of pizza and 4 garlic knots which were hard and dry. After I got home I realized they had shorted me $10 in change!!! I called immediately and spoke to whoever answered the phone. I explained nicely that I was short $10 so if their drawer was over $10 at the end of the night, that was why. The person on the other end had the audacity to argue with me that I had been given the correct change....they didn't even pretend to care by placating me and taking down my name and phone number. Their response was "Well if you really think there was a mistake come down here, and we'll give you a $10 gift card." Seriously?! No thanks, TJ's.....no need for a gift card because I'll NEVER be back! You might want to brush up on your customer service skills!
