I rated them 4 stars because I called them 90 min prior to my arrival to ask if they had the parts I needed to change my brake pads and rotors and the guy told me they'd have to order it but I could come whenever, so I told him I would come in an hour or so to give him time to order the parts needed but after I arrived I had to wait for 1 hr and 40 min before they received the parts and I only found out because i asked. I wasn't even notified about it and I was sitting there thinking they had already started on my car, so I had to wait for 3 hours for the service. Just felt a little unprofessional if you ask me.

They are rude and don’t provide the groupon customers any invoice of what was done or what kind of oil was actually used. If thats the case they should mention it in the groupon or before hand. Not providing invoice makes me suspicious that they didn’t actually use the full synthetic oil.
