Arrichion Hot Yoga + Circut Training, Durham

Arrichion Hot Yoga + Circuit Training has 6 studio locations in North Carolina and Utah. We offer athletic hot yoga and high-intensity interval circuit training. We also have fusion hot yoga and circuit classes. The best thing anyone ever said about us is “Arrichion is family”. Arrichion was developed by NCAA Division I wrestling and soccer college athletes. The hybrid Tiger's Eye class begins with a fighter's circuit-training component, lending credence to our claim that "real fighters do yoga". Arrichion aims to offer a safe, socially distanced outdoor and live, interactive virtual zoom studio. Arrichion offers a combination of yoga and high-intensity interval training to help bring the community a different style of workout.
