Wear long sweatpants, use the wall for balance until you can do it on your own, use the ropes to hang onto your feet if you can't get your hands down that far, talk to your teacher after your first class (my teacher was Titus) to get more tips on improving your performance.

When they say bring a towel, they mean like a beach towel you can lay over your mat.
