Worst experience of my life! I went there for a highlight and the stylist completely bleached my hair. While I was waiting under the dryer (which I was told would be 10 min), she took on another customer and I sat there for 30 minutes. She added color to downplay the bleach blonde and turned my hair BRIGHT orange. I had a big event this week, so payed lots of $$ to get my hair semi-fixed. The stylist that I went to at another salon was great and spent quite a bit of time trying to correct the problem. She said that the Rhoneeka (sp?) at Flash and Flare took too many strands/too close together resulting in a very bleached look. She applied the wrong color to correct it. Beware!
