Honda Of Essex, West Caldwell

We've been disappointed with this dealership since Paul Miller has taken it over. I was much happier with Honda of Essex service dept. I wanted to use the dealership while my extended warranty was valid so all of my service records were on file with them. My warranty is now over and I will start using a different garage for future service. I had three bad experiences with their service one which was damage to the exterior of my car when they opened the door into the car lift. I understand things do happen, but when your vehicle gets damaged the mechanic should let the service advisor know about. I don't think I would buy another vehicle that I would need Paul Miller for service.

They are always very thorough, professional and just plain nice there. Never feel overcharged or talked up for a upservice.
