What a fantastic experience! Thad, our brew master, is funny and engaging. We had an energetic class of folks, all laughing and joking around. Even if we never brew a drop of our own beer ourselves, we walked away from this class so much more knowledgeable about why beer flavors differ and how it was achieved. And the final product is delish!

I had Thad as a teacher and he was excellent. Really knowledgable, had a fun class with the others and he even squeezed me in last minute to accommodate me. Fun time for sure. The class was about 4 hours long
