What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are an intimate health facility that aims to meet the individualized needs of our clients. We provide a Holistic approach to motivating others to Get Fit:(Functioning In Totality) Mind, Body and Emotions.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We challenge our clients to go beyond what they think they are capable of to reach their full potential. If we see clients are losing focus, we are willing to go the extra mile and offer our Ultimate Health Assessment for FREE to explore the underlying behaviors that prevent progression.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Dangerous Curvez was inspired by the personal obstacles that the owner and trainer experienced with weight problems. She understands the need to incorporate diverse programs to assist with weight loss, toning and maintaining a healthy fitness level: Mind, Body and Emotions.

What do you love most about your job?
At Dangerous Curvez, we love the fact that we are able to inspire, train, educate and empower our clients to improve the quality of their health, not just the physical, but mental and emotional. That is why our motto is: Ultimate Health and Fitness is a Lifestyle. Live it and Stay True to It!
