Place was cold and all you are covered with is one bath towel that doesn't cover you...halfway through when she saw goosebumps, she put on a heat lamp over my feet. No heated table, no warm blankets covering you like I usually find in other places. She was talking in another language through the door to another person out in the main area, not a nice quiet relaxing massage. She kept leaving the room (with door open) to go out to main waiting area to get heated stones and towels. Heated towel was damp (not dry) so when she took it off you, you were even colder.
