One of the spa's unorthodox services—dermaplaning—uses a 10-gauge scalpel to slough off the top layer of dead skin cells, revealing the smoother, young-looking skin beneath. If that all seems a little to intense, the less daunting dermafiling aims for the same youthful results, but replaces the scalpel with a diamond-encrusted stainless steel file that leaves skin feeling smooth. The crew is also willing to part with their implements to deliver good, old-fashioned custom facials and bioactive peels.
