Ryan Dobbs began resculpting bodies 11 years ago, when he first acquired his personal-trainer certification. As his career progressed, he logged more than 13,000 hours of training experience, helping hundreds of students punch through the walls barring them from their fitness goals. Eventually, with the aid of his wife Amanda, he opened Evolution Personal Training, a 10,000-square-foot private gym that he now uses to house his Edmond Bootcamp classes.

The dynamic training duo outfit their gym with constantly updated machines, kettlebells, and stability balls, replacing worn-out equipment and upgrading to equipment they've judged more effective. Every new exerciser begins with waist measurements and receives a dietary plan that limits calories and maximizes nutrition. Attendees also get Ryan and Amanda's personal numbers for 24/7 access to coaching, motivation, and counseling on how to maintain a healthy relationship with their dumbbells.
