But what Bryan and Kim Karrick lack in climatic storytelling, they make up for in flavorful output—and people have noticed. From their stills emerge 11 products that run the gamut from barrel-finished gin and vodka to whiskey and German bier schnapps made with Breakaway IPA, all of which can be sampled during a tour and tasting.

Had an awesome time at the tasting tour. We admire the hard work & dedication these owners have put in to make such a perfected product. My favs were the pepper vodka & the gin & tonic.
