Burlesque Boom, Edmonton

The classes are a good workout but not much dance influence, very similar to the classes I do at my gym so not worth paying extra to go here. Also they canceled all their regular classes on a long weekend but didn't update the schedule so I drove there for nothing.

Awesome first Burlesque Boom class! Great music. Gonna be feeling it tomorrow lol.

I've only been once so far but can't wait to go back. The Saturday instructor is super fun and high energy. Don't forget indoor shoes and a yoga mat like I did lol

Not sure why this class has burlesque in the title. There was one burlesque move in the whole class. The rest of the time it was straight cardio exercises. Moves were hard to follow and the instructor did little to help students with how to do the moves correctly. Also no where in the class description does it say to bring a mat. When leaving the woman at the front desk didn't ask me how the class was. In fact she didn't even look up to acknowledge me. After this experience I will never go back to this business.
