Beautiful studio with a lovely ambiance. Class was challenging but not too challenging.

Very pleasant setting. The instructor was good at accommodating to different levels in the class.

Very welcoming environment; adaptable to beginners; and knowledgeable, patient, and supportive yoga teacher.

The instructors are absolutely fantastic! Jason Morris is super knowledgeable and fun loving, a total Yogi Wiz. I love his classes, which he often caters to his students' requests. I always feel elevated when I leave and the effects can be seen and felt for a long time after you step out of the space. The studio is beautiful with lots of natural light during the day and warm sultry lighting in the evenings :) I would recommend this place to anyone of any skill level.
