The instructors are absolutely fantastic! Jason Morris is super knowledgeable and fun loving, a total Yogi Wiz. I love his classes, which he often caters to his students' requests. I always feel elevated when I leave and the effects can be seen and felt for a long time after you step out of the space. The studio is beautiful with lots of natural light during the day and warm sultry lighting in the evenings :) I would recommend this place to anyone of any skill level.
