I went in for underarm hair removal. They burned my skin. I had sores on my armpits. It was painful and left scars. The person doing the hair removal did not know what she was doing. She stopped when I complained due to pain. I did not complete my treatments (purchased six). I spoke to manager/owner. She refused to return my money and stated I had signed a form indicating I knew there were risks. I've had hair removal services before at another location, but have never been burned before! EC Medical Group provided terrible service, they were unprofessional, rude to me, and bad customer service. I would NOT recommend them and will not be returning.

This place makes me so mad. Even now i cant help but shake in anger. Im asian and an r.n. who works in a hospital..so believe me when i tell you these people have no idea what therapeutic communication is considering they claim to be r.ns. its ridiculous how they made me feel insignificant. Even with an appt, they made me wait for 2 hrs. Finally after demanding i get seen at some point, the snubby receptionist 'bothered' to address the delay. And when i complained and asked to speak to their head,the r.n and nurse practitioner just gave me cold blank looks, didnt apologize and the rn who was assigned to give me my first b12 injection just said 'so.. do you still want this treatment or what?'

very nice staff... they made me feel very comfortable about doing this procedure at this office.
