Full Moon Farm spans 80 acres, and every inch of the field and facility is dedicated to caring for horses and training riders. The farm boasts three riding rings: a 14,000-square-foot indoor arena, a 12,800-square-foot outdoor arena with lighting, and an 80,000-square-foot unlit outdoor arena. Combined, they provide space for riders of all levels to train at any time of day or year. The arenas aren't the only places to ride, though; a cross-country course features classic obstacles, a water complex, and a bank complex, teaching riders how to keep the saddle under any circumstances.
Of course, riders only undertake challenges like that after they've had a bit of experience. Beginners start their first lesson not in the saddle, but in the barn, learning the basics of grooming and tacking with some help from the long-faced residents. They even learn a bit about the arts of the farrier, such as how to craft horseshoes and which ones look most fashionable in winter.
