What I purchased was "Durable gel manicures accompany deluxe pedicures with sugar scrubs, hot-towel wraps, massages, and paraffin wax..." I paid $25.00.It was listed as a 53% savings. Want I got was something I could get at my local spa as their bottom of the line. The lady providing the service failed, as far as I'm concerned, on all levels. I don't know if the lady at the front desk failed to tell her what I purchased or she was lazy. I did NOT get the sugar scrub, I got a half-hearted "massage" on my right leg and she put lotion on my left leg, rubbed it a bit then got the hot towels. She didn't massage my feet at all. When she put on the polish she put two coats on my left foot with a top coat, but never put the top coat on the right. I waited to see if she was going to do it but ended up asking her if she was going to put on the top coat. She then put it on, but by then I was done with the manicure so the right toes had very little time to dry. The result was it smeared on my big toe when she put on my shoes. She then asked "what did you do?" She re-did the big toe, but only put on one coat of polish and the top coat. I never got the paraffin wax. Hands went about the same. She rubbed some lotion and oil on my arms, then got a HOT towel and wiped it off. There was no hint of a massage on my hands or my arms. There were several other ladies there and they were all getting what looked like great mani/pedis. I have no idea if they were using a Groupon or not. All in all I was very disappointed with something I was really looking forward to.

Nice service. The girls were nice. I had a 5pm appt for my daughter. It wasn't busy. I dropped her n ran some errands. Daughter is happy. Will go back for sure.

The receptionist didn't seem to have things coordinated today. I had an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes!!! Not sure if this receptionist was new, but it appeared that not only customers were frustrate-and I saw at least 4 leave due to long wait- the manicurists were also frustrated with her lack of coordination and assistance to keep the salon running smoothly.
