I was very disappointed about this experience for several reasons. She never e-mailed the before and after instructions as promised when I made my appt. I reminded her the day before and she said she would that evening. When I arrived, she apologized about being very busy and never got around to it. During my brief consultation, I referred to the pics on her website and was told that those aren't actual clients at all. She falsely advertised and seemed to be upset when I did not allow her to take a picture of me during the process. My lashes were very thin looking and not Lionness at all. Rather than add volume to my lashes, as requested, she made excuses. I wish I had kept my $79!
