The color was supposed to be brown, my hair is colored red. Only part of my hair was trimmed. My bangs were never touched.Came home smelling of smoke. Receptionist that checked me out was rude. Took almost two hours to complete and hairdresser was on

I went here very excited that I had found such a great deal, and left almost in tears. Maureen really messed up my hair. She even admitted that the color looked off and didn't take to my roots so they are two shades lighter than my ends, and didn't bother to fix it! She admitted she didn't use the shade I picked out and my cut is not blended well. I expected better from someone who said they have been doing this for 20 years!! She should have reapplied the color. I immediately went to another salon to get a consult. It's going to cost me twice as much to fix my hair now. Thanks Our Gang.

I was completely disappointed with my mani pedi. I get them on a monthly basis and had never in my life had one like this. I came home and had to refile nails, clean up the edges where polish was not cleaned off, my polish was applied abnormally thick and not even- the second coat did not cover where the first coat had Been and you could see it. I got absolutely NO root massage during my pedicure. Lotion was rubbed on the top of my foot but not on the bottom that had just been exfoliated and I came home and put lotion all over my feet bc they were so dry. Also, cuticles were not taken care of on my feet or hands. They were pushed back but I had a lot that needed clipped and that tool was not even touch. Ridiculous!!!
