Saturday morning class (Kundalini) is amazing, really pushes you no matter what level and helps remind you of all the different times you can use yoga practices in your daily life. Really enjoyed that class. Ann, the monday evening teacher does a great job as well, super calm and relaxing class yet still requires a fair amount of work - I easily broke a sweat
