We are very sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations and that you experienced frustration during your appointment.On the day of your visit, the provider scheduled for your service experienced a serious and unanticipated medical emergency and had to leave the spa unexpectedly to seek immediate medical care. While this rare and unforeseen situation explains why the provider was unable to return to the treatment room, we recognize that the communication during that urgent time should have been handled better, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Please know that the situation described is not representative of the level of care and professionalism we strive to provide for every client. Situations like this are extremely uncommon, and we take our clients’ time and experience very seriously. Since the incident, our team has made several attempts to reach you by phone and text message in an effort to personally address the situation. Unfortunately, we have not yet received a response.
