What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have the best Italian espresso, Lavazza made fresh to order. Our baristas are exceptional and can make anything. Plus our food is made fresh to order using only the best ingredients. Our cuisine is fresh, healthy and globally influenced. We have a large selection of vegetarian items as well.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We are centrally located in Town Square but saw a lack of good local coffee shops in the area. We believe that coffee shops become a home away from home and Coco Cafe definitely is that for us. Having a place that is unique and family friendly was very important for us.

What do you love most about your job?
I love creating the third place for people and getting to know their families. Everything from bringing in authors for readings, to learning how to make the perfect macchiato, to being a part of date night is fun. Coco Cafe is definitely a part of the community and that makes my job more important.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Anytime a customer takes a sip of our coffee and goes "This is so good", that is the best moment. Also I enjoy sharing with them something they'd never tried before like a Cuban coffee and seeing the look of wonder that crosses their face.
