What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Dr. Melanie Katin, DACM, L.Ac. ran a successful practice in NYC, helping all ages of patients with chronic health concerns. Her approach is patient-centered healthcare, to insure that people understand why and how to incorporate acupuncture into their self-care for long lasting beneficial changes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Melanie grew up in the area, and was eager to get back to her roots after a 13 year practice in NYC. She saw first-hand how effective acupuncture and Chinese medicine was for her own health concerns, and wants to continue to help others achieve their own healthy paths, naturally.

What do you love most about your job?
I love unravelling health mysteries for people and showing them how they got to the place of illness or pain, and how easy it is to remedy with Chinese medicine. I've developed long-term relationships with patients, because they have seen the value of continuing to use acupuncture in their lives.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When patients refer their family, their friends and colleagues, this is the best feedback, because they expand the community of people benefiting from my services.
