The main goal of Gangnam Korean BBQ has been to bring high-quality, authentic Korean cuisine to the Tri-State. The restaurant specializes in Korean barbecue and wing dishes, as well as sushi rolls. All of the food — sauces, meat marinades, kimchi, and more — is made from scratch using fresh, all-natural ingredients without MSG or other artificial additives. The traditional recipes come from the owner Joe Kim's maternal side of the family and have been handed down through many generations.
