DIG YOGA, Lambertville

DIG Yoga is a community-oriented yoga studio located in historic Lambertville, New Jersey. Sue Elkind and Naime Jezzeny opened DIG with two important goals in mind: providing excellence in yoga education, and creating a sanctuary for community to gather and grow. Newcomers are welcomed by a series of beginner classes including gentle yoga and basics sessions. Those ready to take their practice to the next level can try mixed level, intermediate, and Iyengar yoga classes. The studio even offers aerial yoga. There, students perform postures in mid-air using a supportive fabric hammock. Restoratives, Meditation, Pilates and Zen Martial Arts round out the roster of classes, but whatever their preference, students are sure to find a supportive environment and an instructor with years of experience.
