I found that the massage therapist did a great massage but talked a lot and then actually asked for gratuity on my way out the door. I find asking for tips to be rude and changed my experience. I at first would have gone back but not after the customer service I received when leaving.

They have moved locations and at least this new location is less noisy than where they were. It does not feel as cozy as it could. It is very cold and sterile for a place to get relaxing massages.
