It is not easy to check whether the gutters over the 2nd floor are cleaned well, but they seemed to be perfect. They broke some slate on the roof, but came to repair them punctually. Company is not easy to reach by phone, but when you finally reach them, they are cooperative.

I have called several times just to get an appointment. They have not once returned my call. I understand that they probably are swamped with people who bought the groupon but isn't it also their responsibility to honor the groupons or at least return the call to say when they WOULD be able to do the gutter cleaning?
