They did not provide all that was included. After my X-rays they tried to sell me a $1200 deep cleaning instead of doing the regular cleaning that's part of the deal. Very high pressure to get you to either do it on the spot or book the apt. In the end after a lot of back n forth they did fake clean my teeth. The hygienist only went over a small portion of my teeth with an ultrasonic, NEVER used a pick, rushed the polishing and NEVER flossed. The entire cleaning lasted under 5mins. A real cleaning takes 30mins to an 1hr on average. You cannot expect a patient to come back after being treated that way. The fact they did shows they thought I was dumb.
