Horrific place. If I could give it 0 stars I would ! I got acrylic here and they were lumpy, curved so far down they were almost in a circle and extremely thick and built up . Not only that but they glued them to my whole nail bed and to the skin on my finger so that they would "stay" having gotten acrylics dozens of times I know this is not even remotely normal or professional. Had to get them removed that day because they hurt so bad and were so ugly . They couldnt get them removed after 45 mins of soaking them in acetone while my fingers were bleeding , so I tried at home , still was not able to remove, took 2 weeks to get it all fully off and now 3 weeks later my nails are still severely severely damaged and have deep grooves in them from the acrylics. Absolutely appauling.

Environment was a bit dingy. The owner kept accusing me of already using a Groupon when I have never been there, ever in my life. I felt so uncomfortable I felt like offering to pay full price in order to stop the accusations. My nails came out nice but it wasn't worth my level of happiness with the way I was treated.

The place was small, poorly ventilated (I came out feeling high), and the quality of the acrylic nails that were done was terrible. I ended up filing them down so I wouldn't have huge blobs on the top of my nails.

First time, it was a great experience. My nails look flawless. I went to Kim, she's really nice. They're all very welcoming.
