Fantastic staff and clean establishment.

I was displeased with my experience there. It was very disorganized and unwelcoming. My daughter's name was nowhere to be found. We didn't have a designated party host. Our life guard walked away from the party twice, leaving our children unsupervised. When we arrived nothing was setup. We had to ask for help. A child in my party choked on a piece of food, and no one was around. It was a mess.

The atmosphere was amazing. The activities were completed managed by our awesome host staff. Lifeguard kept things safe and fun for all our guests ranging from six years to adult. as warm as the tropics and for the items we forgot, WOW had it to borrow or for purchase. We will DEFINITELY book again! My girl's day was made so special. Thanks WOW
