What you get is a cleaning using water spray under pressure. No chemicals are used for this price. If you want chemicals you have to pay extra ($299.00).

I give them a star for showing up and being polite. Before starting, there were multiple attempts at upsells for mold and dirt removal. I've had my deck pressure washed multiple times and it's always turned out amazing..almost new. This power wash was equivalent to a heavy rain except my deck was dry 5 minutes after they finished...and still gray. Very disappointed..over $100 in the trash can.
