What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Locally owned, shareable apps, salads, paninis, sandwiches, live music every Friday and Saturday night, lunch and dinner entree specials daily, 16 beers on tap, 20 different wines, friendly staff, "European flair, local flavor"

What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Chicken cordon bleu panini: crispy chicken, ham, honey mustard and Swiss cheese on a ciabatta roll then pressed on a panini grill served with a choice of our house cut fries, house made chips, sautéed spinach or black beans and rice

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our area needed a locally owned business where you can meet up with friends in a comfortable setting. Similar to brasseries throughout Europe, our location is comfortable and relaxing with a great selection of drinks and food

What do you love most about your job?
The people and the food.

The food was very good and the server was very friendly. They were quite busy but our food came quickly. The bill took longer but they were busy. Will definitely go back
