Hard sales. Tried to upsell me from start to finish of my treatment. Didn't even notice I got a treatment. more interested in up selling than making sure I enjoyed my treatment. never stopped talking and selling. exhausting and just wanted to get out of there. probably would have been interested if it was a subtle sell. from the instant I got into room, until I got to the lobby, the sales pitch didn't let up. be ready.

I did not feel it was a very clean enviroment. I assumed they just moved in the space but was told they had been there for 12 years.
