I am very sorry that the room was cold during your session. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the thermostat. This is something we are working towards though as of now the whole building is one temperature.

Vernon was great ... very polite and he did a great job definitely will return and I recommend him ! His schedule is open and he offers times in the late afternoon which is great for working people.. thank you for a great service ☺️
