She has the worst customer service. She was very rude and nasty over text to the point I didn’t even want the gift given to me. I never have a problem with black owned businesses but this was by far the worst experience. With an attitude like that I don’t see how anyone would let you touch their bikini area with wax.

My apologies if you felt anything was rude. I’m not sure how I could have said anything In response that could have been mistaken as rude. As you can see I’ve held 5 stars over 4 years so I take customer service very serious.

This woman is genuinely the best at what she does. I’ve not had a better wax experience in over 10 years! She is extremely efficient I recommend her services 10/10! The spa is beautiful and relaxing. Get booked asap!
